Gourmet Prawns Recipe

Simple, easy, quick, and healthy Gourmet Prawns Recipe from the Gourmet Dish kitchen.


Ingredients
250g of prawns
80g of rice
1 small tomato
1 small potato
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
A touch of parsley
A pinch of  of salt
A pinch of  black pepper
A pinch of paprika
4 cloves of garlic
How to make the Gourmet Prawns Recipe:
First; boil the rice and potatoes with a pinch of salt on medium heat for 15 minutes.

Second; in the bowl put a touch of parsley, chopped garlic, a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper, a pinch of paprika and one teaspoon of lemon juice then mix all well and put the prawns in the spice mix (you prepared earlier) for 20 minutes.
Put a few drops of cooking oil in the pan and add the prawns in the pan for 10 minutes then flip it every 3 minutes.



Finally; you can serve the Gourmet Prawns Recipe as you see in the pictures.

Luxury WhiteFish Pie (WhiteFish with Spinach Recipes)

There are many types of White Fish Pie recipes. This White Fish Pie Recipe is a good way to cook White Fish with little ingredients and without spending much time the Moroccan way. Simple, easy, quick, and healthy White Fish Pie recipe from the Gourmet Dish kitchen.

Ingredients
250g of white fish
200g of Spinach
500g of potatoes
100g of mushrooms
100g of parsley
100g of red cheese
6 cloves of garlic
2 teaspoons of cooking oil 
A pinch of white pepper (If you like it spicy; you can add a pinch of red pepper)
A pinch of cumin
A pinch of ginger depending on your taste
A pinch of safron depending on your taste
A pinch of salt.

How to make Luxury White Fish Pie (WhiteFish and Spinach Recipes):
First, boil the potatoes with a pinch of salt.

In the pan put two teaspoons of cooking oil.

After 2 minutes the minced garlic.
Then add the spinach.
After 5 minutes add the white fish.
And add the spices.
Then add the mushrooms.
cooking time is 15 minutes on medium heat on the stove.
Put the mix of white fish in the oven tray.
In the bowl put the boiled potatoes, add some parsley, red cheese, a pinch of salt and a pinch of white pepper.
Then mash it with a fork.
As you see in the picture.

Put the mix of potatoes on the mix of white fish as you see in the photo, then put the oven-tray in the oven.
Cooking time is 20 minutes.
Temperature is 170C°/388F°

White Fillet Fish Recipe

White Fillet Fish Recipe is a good method to cook whitefish with little ingredients and without spending much time. Simple, easy, quick, and healthy fillet fish recipe from the gourmet dish kitchen.

Ingredients:

500g of white fillet fish
6 cloves of garlic chopped
50 ml of  lemon juice
50g of parsley chopped
A pinch of salt
A pinch of ginger
A pinch of cumin
A pinch of black pepper. (If you like your whitefish fillet spicy, can you add a pinch of red pepper)
A few drops of olive oil. (Depending on your taste).


How to make the White Fillet Fish Recipe

In the bowl; put the chopped parsley, the chopped garlic, the spices, lemon juice and a few drops of olive oil depending on your taste.
Then mix them very well.










After washing the white fillet fish, add the mixture of the parsley on the fillet fish.
Put the fillet fish in the oven tray and cover it with aluminum foil if you like it juicy and not dry.
Cooking time is 25 minutes
Temperature is 180C°/388F°

Fresh & Light Tuna Salad with Yellow Pepper/ Fresh garden salad with colorful vegetables

This summer enjoy this perfect salad with colorful vegetables, easy, fresh, and very healthy from my kitchen!!

Fresh and Light Tuna Salad with Yellow Pepper/ Fresh garden salad with colorful vegetables
Ingredients
200g of fresh tuna
100g of cherry tomatoes
1 large yellow pepper
1 small cucumber
50g of parsley
50g of cheese depending on your taste
2 teaspoon of lemon juice
A pinch of salt
A pinch of black pepper
A pinch of cumin depending on your taste

How to make the Fresh and Light Tuna Salad with Yellow Pepper:

wash the vegetables very well, cut the cucumber and yellow pepper, then add the cherry tomatos, fresh tuna, lemon juice, a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper, a pinch of cumin depending on your taste, stir them gently.
Put the mixture of salad in the serving dish then add a touch of parsley and cheese.

Breaded Squid Rings

I do not eat much of fried food but once in a while I have a fried meal but still with some vegetables and seafood. I usually prepare fried calamari without traditional "fantasy", this time I wanted to make a little personal touch without spoiling the taste too. I thought some lettuce, capsicum (any color), Cheese and cherry tomato.



Ingredients (2 people):
250g squid cut into rings
A pinch of salt
A few drops of lemon juice
100g of flour
2 egg
Oil for frying

How to make the Breaded Squid Rings:
Clean the squid, remove the tentacles and cut them into rings




Mix the squid with lemon juice and salt, roll them in flour, then put them in egg and again in the flour and  fry them in hot oil. 
Let brown on both sides and are filing on paper towels. You can serve this Breaded Squid Rings with green salad or steamed vegetables.

Original with the breading flour that give them a nice golden color, they are also deliciously crispy.

Seafood Soup with Vegetables and Fideos Recipe

You don’t always require meat, or chicken to make good soup. Actually, some of the tastiest and most popular soups are seafood and vegetable based or just vegetables. 
This great and homemade soup is delicious, healthy and simple to make :)



Seafood Soup with Vegetables and Fideos Recipe
Ingredient:
250g of shrimp, prawns or mix seafood depending on your taste.
100g of fideos or any type you desire.
50g of parsley
1 cut carrot
2 cut onions
2 cut tomatoes
Teaspoon of cumin
Teaspoon of black pepper (If you like spicy you can add a pinch of red pepper)
Teaspoon of salt
Teaspoon of saffron
Teaspoon of ginger
Teaspoon of olive oil

How to Make Seafood Soup with Vegetables and Fideos Recipe:

In the cooker on medium heat on the stove; put the cut onions, the cut tomatoes, spices and olive oil, mix all together.
After 5 minutes; add the carrots, shrimp and parsley, then 1L of water.
You can add some of tofu depending on your taste.
Cooking time is 45 minutes.



Whether you choose to make a soup to enjoy at the time or to freeze for later, just remember that seafood and vegetables soup are fantastic way of enjoying a healthy meal.

The Healthy Pizza with Seafood (Gourmet Seafood Pizza)



The Healthy Pizza with Seafood (Gourmet Seafood Pizza):
Ingredients:

The toppings:
250g of mixed seafood
330ml of tomato juice
1 green pepper
Black pepper depending on your taste (if you like it spicy you can add a bit of red pepper too)
50g of cheese ( any type you desire)
25g of parsley
15g of garlic
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of saffron
1 tablespoon of chamomile
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of olive oil

How to prepare the dough:
250g of flour
Spoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
The hot water for the mixture.

















How to prepare the The Healthy Pizza with Seafood (Gourmet Seafood Pizza):
Boil the seafood with a pinch of salt and a few drops of olive oil
Cooking time is 25 minutes on the stove.













Put the boiled seafood, in the pan on medium heat on the stove and add the tomato juice.
















Add the parsley, garlic and spices.
Cooking time is 15 minutes.


Put the dough in the form of single large dough or you can make small circles according to your taste.




Put the stuffing on the dough, as you see in the picture.


Add the slices of green pepper.


Add a touch of parsley and black pepper.


Add a touch of cheese.
Cooking time is 20 minutes in the oven.
Temperature is 170C°/338F°


You can serve the The Healthy Pizza with Seafood (Gourmet Seafood Pizza) with green salad, juice or boiled vegetables depending on your taste.
You can also make it spicy seafood pizza by adding a little more red pepper. This gourmet seafood pizza is one of my favorite gourmet dishes.
