The Healthy Bread with Nuts

I recently made my first healthiest nuts bread, and it was heavenly. Sweet, moist, fragrant topped with oats.
This wonderful, healthiest nuts bread is the perfect choice for a healthy breakfast so you can begin a lovely healthy day full of energy and love.
Enjoy this easy and healthy recipe from gourmet dish kitchen.


Ingredients:

2/3 cup of mix of walnuts sultanas (you can choose any type of nuts as you like)

1/3 cup wheat bran (not the cereal - can also use oat bran)

1/3 cup packed dark brown sugar

1-1/3 cups boiling water

1 tbsp (1 packet) dry active yeast

1 tsp vanilla powder

2/3 cup lukewarm water

2 cups whole wheat flour

1/2 tsp salt

2-3 cups unbleached all purpose flour

How to make the gourmet nuts bread:

In a bowl, combine the nuts, bran and brown sugar then stir in the boiling water and set aside until cool.
In another bowl, combine the yeast and warm water. Let it stand until frothy, about 5 minutes.
Then add the nuts mixture to the yeast mixture.
Stirring by hand or using the dough hook/blade in a mix master or processor, blend in the whole wheat flour and salt until you have a soft dough, but firm enough to handle, starting with 2 cups.

Lightly sprinkle oat flour on a flat work surface. Turn the dough and knead until smooth (about 10 min). Roll it into a ball.
In a clean bowl, place the dough, cover with a plastic wrap.
Set aside to rise until doubled about 1 hour.
Then make small balls and Place them on it and cover with a plastic wrap kitchen towel dusted with flour and let rise about 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven on 250C, 15 minutes before and put the bread on an oven tray then put it in the oven for 40 minutes.

Cheese Pies (Cheese mint pies)


Perfect Cheese pies from Gourmet Dish (To be honest; this is a recipe  from my mother in law, but I added some modifications) ; It's was really soft, easy and delicious cheese pies hope you will like it. Enjoy!!


Ingredients:
For Dough
3 cups of white flour
A tablespoon of yeast
A tablespoon of sugar
A quarter cup of vegetable oil
A quarter cup of natural yogurt
Cup warm milk for mixing

For the Stuffing
400g of feta cheese or any white cheese
Dry mint leaves (minced)
A few drops of olives oil

How to make the Cheese Pies:


Mix all the ingredients and let the dough rest 15 min; then make the dough in the form of a circular.


Then cut the dough into small circles as you see in the image (Photo).
With a drinking glass upside down into the flat dough to make small circular pieces.
Put the stuffing (Mix of cheese, mint and olives oil) in the center of the circle

 Close the circle
as you can see in the picture.

You can make nice decoration with a fork like the picture.
After greasing the oven-tray with butter put the pies in the oven-tray in the oven for 25 minutes.
Temperature is 170C°/388F°.
Serve warm.

Easy & Homemade Bread Recipe

There are many types of Milk bread recipes. This homemade milk bread Recipe is a good way to cook Bread with little ingredients and without spending much time the Moroccan way. Simple, easy, quick, and healthy Milk Bread recipe from the Gourmet Dish kitchen.



The Ingredients to prepare the homemade milk bread:
1kg Fluffy semolina
100g White flour
A tablespoon of powder milk
Two tablespoons powder sugar
A tablespoon of yeast bread
A pinch of salt
Two tablespoons of oil
Two tablespoons of butter
200ml of milk
Warm water for mix.

How to make the Homemade Milk Bread:

 In a bowl mix all the ingredients, then add the water until we get the dough sticks to hands

  So let the dough resting (half an hour and above).
Get out the air from the dough and make it into a small balls.
Pass the small balls in the semolina, Then press it by palm of the hand.
Let the dough resting again for 10 minutes.
Put the oven-tray in the oven for 20 minutes (15 minutes from under than 5 minutes from above).
Temperature is 220 C°/ 428 F°

Moroccan Tagine/ Hamour Fish

Moroccan Hamour Fish Tagine (Arabic name is  طاجين  السمك) one among the most important meals, known and consumed by the Moroccans and North Africans.
Tagine can be made with; chicken and vegetables, beef and vegetables or fish with vegetables...


Ingredients
500g of hamour fish filet
1 large green pepper
1 tomato
2 carrots
2 potatoes
100g of chopped parsley
6 cloves of garlic
A pinch of black pepper (if you like it spicy; you can add a touch of red pepper)
A pinch of ginger
A pinch of saffron
A few drops of  soya sauce
A few drops of cooking oil
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of salt

 How to make the Moroccan Tagine/ Hamour Fish:
In the bowl; put the hamour fish with spices, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, and soya sauce then mix them well and gently.
and let stand for 1 hour.
Then put the circles of carrots in the Tajine (If you don't have the tajine dish; you can use any pot).
  Add the mix of  hamour fish.

 Add some water in the bowl where we mix the fish; for we can take all the leftover then add it on the tajine.
Put the tajine on the stove on medium heat.
  Then add the potatoes.


 Add the green pepper and tomatoes.
Then add a touch of parsley and garlic.
Cooking time is 50 minutes on medium heat on the stove. Enjoy!

Baking the Perfect Moroccan Bread or (Krichlate)

When I see soft bread crumbs, you know I can not resist! A nice, soft baking is totally my happiness! This white bread (bread) is no exception! This white bread ... it's pure happiness!
Baking the Perfect Moroccan Bread or (Krichlate) in my kitchen by me.



Ingredients

500 g flour

75g sugar

3 eggs

25g of yeast

1 tsp salt

1 small glass of oil

2 tablespoons sesame seeds

2 spoons of  flower water

Warm water

How to make the Moroccan Bread:
Mix everything well; and let stand for 30 minutes.
(the dough should not be too soft).
Divide the dough into small balls.

Gently press each ball with hand, then let it rise for 1 hour.
Brush the dough balls with egg yolk and white (mixed well) to give the a nice color and shine then garnish with sesame.
Cooking time is 20 minutes.
You can serve this delicious bread with tea, coffee, juices and soups.

Luxury WhiteFish Pie (WhiteFish with Spinach Recipes)

There are many types of White Fish Pie recipes. This White Fish Pie Recipe is a good way to cook White Fish with little ingredients and without spending much time the Moroccan way. Simple, easy, quick, and healthy White Fish Pie recipe from the Gourmet Dish kitchen.

Ingredients
250g of white fish
200g of Spinach
500g of potatoes
100g of mushrooms
100g of parsley
100g of red cheese
6 cloves of garlic
2 teaspoons of cooking oil 
A pinch of white pepper (If you like it spicy; you can add a pinch of red pepper)
A pinch of cumin
A pinch of ginger depending on your taste
A pinch of safron depending on your taste
A pinch of salt.

How to make Luxury White Fish Pie (WhiteFish and Spinach Recipes):
First, boil the potatoes with a pinch of salt.

In the pan put two teaspoons of cooking oil.

After 2 minutes the minced garlic.
Then add the spinach.
After 5 minutes add the white fish.
And add the spices.
Then add the mushrooms.
cooking time is 15 minutes on medium heat on the stove.
Put the mix of white fish in the oven tray.
In the bowl put the boiled potatoes, add some parsley, red cheese, a pinch of salt and a pinch of white pepper.
Then mash it with a fork.
As you see in the picture.

Put the mix of potatoes on the mix of white fish as you see in the photo, then put the oven-tray in the oven.
Cooking time is 20 minutes.
Temperature is 170C°/388F°
