Roast Hamour Fish with Roast Vegetables in the Oven



  What's a better way to roast hamour fish  than to surround it with a variety of fresh vegetables and flavor it with lemon juice and spices?
It's always nice to eat roasted vegetables when it's a bit hot. We always make this to make a light dinner which is healthy and simple to make, because oven does all the work for you.
This recipe is very easy to make and you can add as many vegetables as you like and that it takes less time to cook.



Roast Hamour Fish with Roast Vegetables in the Oven Recipe:

Ingredients:

1 big hamour fish
2 carrots sliced
1 potato sliced
2 tomatoes sliced
1 green pepper sliced
50g of parsley
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of saffron
1 tablespoon of chamomile
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of black pepper
(If you like it spicy you can add a bit of red pepper too)
A few drops of oil

How to prepare the Roast Hamour Fish with Roast Vegetables in the Oven Recipe:

First take the oven - tray and put the carrots sliced.















Add the potato sliced.














In the dish put the hamour fish; add the parsley, spices and a few drops of oil.
Then mix them very well.













Put the hamour fish on top of the slices of potato and carrots.















Add slices of tomatoes and green pepper.













Add a touch of parsley and spices. Then put the oven tray in the oven for 1h and 15 minutes.

Temperature is 170C°/338F°
