The Healthy Lamb with Vegetables Recipe
Ingredients:
500g of lamb
2 cut carrots
100g of green beans
2 onions cut
50g of parsley
8 garlic cloves
1 squash
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of ginger
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of saffron
1 teaspoon of oil




















How to make the The Healthy Lamb with Vegetables Recipe:
Put in the bowl the lamb, oil and spices on medium heat on the stove.


















Add the onions.
















Then add the parsley and garlic cloves.
Cooking time is 30 minutes.

















After 30 minute of cooking add the vegetables.
Cooking time is 20 minutes
.


















It was the ideal time for me to make this delicious Moroccan lamb shanks, It was enjoyed by my husband and our friends very well.

Ingredients:
200g of rice
100g of green beans
50g of atom
50g of peas
1 carrot sliced
Black olive
A pinch of salt
A pinch of black pepper
A pinch of cumin
A few drops of olive oil
Some slices of lettuces

How to prepare the Fresh Salad with Vegetables and Rice recipe:
First, boil the rice, green beans, carrots, peas with water and a pinch of salt. Second, in the bowl put the boiled vegetables, boiled rice, and atom, a pinch of black pepper, a pinch of salt and a few drops of olive oil, then stir gently.
In the serving dish put the slices of lettuces and put the mixture of salad and we add a touch of black pepper.

A Delicious Moroccan Breakfast



A delicious Moroccan breakfast - usually consists of different breads with some chutney, jam, cheese or butter. The Moroccans have really delicious pancake style bread, and a semolina bread cake called Baghir - both are really tasty.

Then the Moroccan tea with mint. Which cools you down in the hot days in the summer! and warms you up in the cold winter days. It is very traditional and common to drink the Moroccan tea every day and sometimes in the evenings. So the Moroccan tea is a must for the Moroccan breakfast.


All you need to prepare the amazing drink is green tea, fresh mint leaves, lots of sugar. The way it's prepared is what makes it so special and tasty. Combine the mint and green tea and sugar in the teapot, and then fill it with hot water. Let it brew for 3 minutes. Then you need small glasses. Fill just one glass with tea, and then pour it back into the pot. Do this a few times. This helps dissolve the sugar. Pour the tea from far above to get nice foam. Garnish with mint.

Lemon Cake Recipe



This recipe came from my mother after I tasted it at her house so I have no idea of its true origins (my mother said it is Moroccan cake), but it is a great cake to make quick, easy and very tasty.
 I have made this for my friends and for my husband. Also work meetings and other occasions and it has always received many compliments. The other great thing about this cake is that it only uses ingredients that I would always have in the house.








Lemon Cake Recipe:
Ingredients:
250g all purpose flour
3 eggs, separated
3 tablespoons of stick unsalted butter, softened
7 tablespoons of sugar
1 big glass of fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon of olive oil
2 teaspoons of yeast plant
How to prepare the Orange Cake Recipe:
Step 1: Heat
Pre heat the oven to 170C°/338F°
Generously oil all types of pans with butter then lightly flour. (if making cupcakes, place paper baking cups in muffing cups, or oil and flour muffin cups).
Step 2: Mix
Mix all ingredients except flour, in large bowl on low speed until moistened then add the flour.
Mix on medium speed for 2 minutes, or beat 3 minutes by hand. Pour into pan.
Step 3: Bake
Put the cooking tray in the oven for :
+ 24 cupcakes = 18-23 minutes
+ Two 23cm rounds = 25-30 minutes
+12 Cup bundt cake pan = 35-40
+ Rectangle = 30-35

Pies Stuffed with Minced Beef and Onions Recipe.
Ingredients:
200g of minced meat or ground beef
2 onions sliced
250g of flour
2 tablespoons of butter
1 teaspoon of salt
200ml of warm water
50g of parsley
2 teaspoons of yeast
1 small glass of olive oil

How to make the Pies Stuffed with Minced Beef and Onions Recipe:
For the fillings
Put the oil in the pan and after 5 minutes add the onions and the minced meat.

Add the parsley and spices as you like (For example, I like black pepper, a pinch of salt, a pinch of saffron, a pinch of chamomile and a pinch of cumin).



 For the dough:
In large bowl, put the flour.


Add the yeast.

Add the salt.

Add the butter.

 Add the warm water. Then stir the mixture very well.



Cut the dough into small circles as you see in the photo.


Put the stuffing in the center of the circle.


Close the circle as you see in the photo.




Put the Pies Stuffed with Minced Beef and Onions in the pan into the oven for 25 minutes.
Temperature is 170C°/338F°.

Steak Dinner with Roasted Green Beans and Pasta:
Ingredients:
500g of steak
100g of green beans
200g of pasta
250ml of tomato juice
50g of parsley
1 small glass of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of black pepper
A few drops of olive oil


How to prepare the Steak Dinner with Roasted Green Beans and Pasta Recipe:

Step 1: Boil the pasta then add a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper, a touch of parsley and tomato juice.
We mix all together gently and we put them in the bowl on the stove for 10 minutes.

Step 2: Take the steak then add the parsley, lemon juice, a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper and a pinch of cumin.
Mix all together and put them in the oven-grill
Cooking time is 40 minutes.
Temperature is 170C°/338F°



Step 3: Boil the green beans with water a pinch of salt and a few drops of olive oil.

Finally, put all in the serving dish and we can add a touch of parsley, a pinch of salt and a pinch of cumin.
My husband and I both thought they were wonderful!!

Rolled Eggplant with Minced Meat and Spaghetti




Rolled Eggplant with Minced Meat and Spaghetti
Ingredients:
2 big eggplants sliced
350ml of tomato juice
200g of spaghetti 
50g of cheese
50g of parsley
200g of minced meat or ground beef
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of ginger
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of saffron
1 teaspoon of oil


How to prepare the Rolled Eggplant with Minced Meat and Spaghetti Recipe:
Step 1:
Start off by slicing the eggplants lengthwise into thin slices. Sprinkle salt on both sides of the eggplant slices and place them into a colander. Allow the eggplant slices to sit for about an hour or so. This is done so that we can get as much water out of the eggplants as possible. After about an hour, rinse off the excess salt and pat it dry with a paper towel.

Heat up some oil in a pan. Once the oil (I recommend using the natural oil)  is hot, place a couple of eggplant slices into the pan. Be really careful when you do this!  Also remember not to overcrowd the pan. Fry until the eggplant slices becomes soft and golden brown on both sides.


Remove the eggplant slices from the pan and place them onto some paper towels. This is done so that we can get as much oil out of the eggplant slices as possible. You can put more paper towels on top of the eggplant slices and lightly pat it down too. That will help in removing as much oil as possible. Once you have done that, set the fried eggplant slices aside.




Step 2:
Boil the spaghetti with a pinch of salt and a few drops oil.















Step 3:
We put the minced meat, parsley, spices and a few drops of oil in the bowl, then we mix them very well.



Make the mixture minced meat like fingers shape, as you see in the photo.
Then we put the fingers minced meat in the oven.
Cooking time is 20 minutes
Temperature is 170C°/338F°















Step 4
:
Next, cook up your favorite long pasta. It can be spaghetti, fettuccine, linguine or even angel hair pasta. I used spaghetti and it worked out pretty well. 
Then we put the cooked spaghetti with tomato juice, parsley and spices in the bowl on the medium heat on the stove.
Cooking time is 10 minutes.














Step 5:
Here's when we assemble everything together. Place a slice of eggplant on a flat surface. Scoop up some pasta and place it in the middle of the eggplant slice (just like the photo).
















Then, sprinkle on some feta cheese (you could also use mozzarella cheese if you like) onto the pasta and add the fingers of minced meat.

















Roll up the eggplant and place it on top of the pasta sauce that we placed earlier in the deep baking dish. Make sure that you place the eggplant rolls seam side down, so that it doesn't unravel during cooking.















Once you have finish rolling up all your eggplants, scoop on some pasta sauce on top of the eggplant rolls. Sprinkle on some Italian herbs, black pepper, parsley and it's ready to go into the oven.
Cooking time is 30 minutes
Temperature is 170C°/338F°

Eggplant Filled with Rice and Minced Meat:
Ingredients:
2 big eggplants
350ml of tomato juice
200g of minced meat
100g of rice
5 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of ginger
1 teaspoon of salt 
1 teaspoon of saffron
1 teaspoon of cumin















How to prepare the Eggplant Filled with Rice and Minced Meat:
Put the minced meat, rice, spices and a touch of parsley in the bowl and mix all together very well to get the stuffing.
Stuff the eggplant with mixture.















Put in the bowl the tomato juice on medium heat on the stove, then we add a few drops of oil and a touch of spices.















Add the filled eggplant and add 1/2 liter of water.
Cooking time is 25 minutes.

You can make it spicier by adding some red pepper to the stuffing depending on your taste!

Roast Chicken with Vegetables and Rice Recipe (this dish serves one person):
Ingredients:
250g of chicken
100g of rice
1 potato
2 small tomatoes
1 small onion
1 lettuce
1 small cucumber
50g of parsley
50g of cheese
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of cumin
A few drops of olive oil.



How to prepare The Roast Chicken with Vegetables and Rice Recipe:
Step 1, boil the potato, then add a touch of parsley, a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper and a few drops of olive oil..
Step 2, we cut the tomatoes, the lettuces and the cucumbers then we mix them all together and add a touch of salt, a touch of black pepper and a few drops of olive oil.
Step 3, boil the rice then add a touch of salt, a touch of black pepper and a few drops of olive oil.
Step 4, roast the chicken with sliced onions a touch of salt, a touch of black pepper and a few drops of olive oil in the oven.
Cooking time is 30 minutes
Temperature 170C°/338F°

Fresh Salad of Tomatoes, Lettuce, Carrots and Cheese Recipe:
Ingredients:
3 small tomatoes sliced
1 lettuce sliced
1 minced carrot
50g of cheese
50g of black olives
A pinch of salt
A pinch of black pepper 
A few drops of lemon juice and vinegar

How to prepare the Fresh Salad of Tomatoes, Lettuce, Carrots and Cheese:
This is a very simple recipe!
Wash the vegetables very well, cut them into strips 
Bring the vegetables together in a bowl, then add a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper stir gently.
You can add a few drops of lemon juice and vinegar depending on your taste.

The Healthy Pizza with Seafood (Gourmet Seafood Pizza):
Ingredients:

The toppings:
250g of mixed seafood
330ml of tomato juice
1 green pepper
Black pepper depending on your taste (if you like it spicy you can add a bit of red pepper too)
50g of cheese ( any type you desire)
25g of parsley
15g of garlic
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of saffron
1 tablespoon of chamomile
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of olive oil

How to prepare the dough:
250g of flour
Spoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
The hot water for the mixture.

















How to prepare the The Healthy Pizza with Seafood (Gourmet Seafood Pizza):
Boil the seafood with a pinch of salt and a few drops of olive oil
Cooking time is 25 minutes on the stove.













Put the boiled seafood, in the pan on medium heat on the stove and add the tomato juice.
















Add the parsley, garlic and spices.
Cooking time is 15 minutes.


Put the dough in the form of single large dough or you can make small circles according to your taste.




Put the stuffing on the dough, as you see in the picture.


Add the slices of green pepper.


Add a touch of parsley and black pepper.


Add a touch of cheese.
Cooking time is 20 minutes in the oven.
Temperature is 170C°/338F°


You can serve the The Healthy Pizza with Seafood (Gourmet Seafood Pizza) with green salad, juice or boiled vegetables depending on your taste.
You can also make it spicy seafood pizza by adding a little more red pepper. This gourmet seafood pizza is one of my favorite gourmet dishes.
