Moroccan soup (Al harira al maghribia)

Harira is a Ramadan meal undisputed, so that all Moroccan families break their fast by Moroccan soup (Harira al maghribiya) after eating some dates and drinking milk, which is a combination of a large number of vegetables and spices.

Ingredients for 6 people:

Two tablespoons butter 100% fat free

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

In a pressure cooker we put chickpeas, crushed tomatoes, coriander, celery, onions, lentils, oil, salt, black pepper and ginger.
