Good Times

I had great weekend in the Turtle Beach Resort where they celebrated their 13th anniversary: The party started with the arrival of an Omani folk group supported by traditional dancers and singers. Multiple delicious dishes; nutrious and asthetically pleasing, ensured the guests went to bed feeling satisfied

Following the traditional Omani band, a live band played western music and dance music. A night full of fun! Very lively!

Passionate chefs, with their own uniqe and individual style, entertained the guests long into the night,. TINU JOSEPH is one of those chefs and you can taste his passion in every bite. I am not alone in feeling honored to eat his food.

The Gourmet Salad with Vegetables

The ingredients to prepare The Royal Gourmet Salad with Vegetables Recipe.
250g of mixed vegetables
2 medium potatoes
4 medium tomatoes
2 green peppers
1 lettuce slices
1 lemon
80ml of cooking cream
50g of parsley
50g of black olive
A pinch of black pepper 
A pinch of salt
A few drops of olive oil

How to prepare the The Royal Gourmet Salad with Vegetables Recipe.
First put the lettuce in the serving dish.

Take the half of Melon and we fill it with a mixture of tomatoes, green peppers a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper.
Then put the half of Melon in the center of the dish.

Put the tomatoes sliced on the sides of the dish.

Put the boiled vegetables on the sides of the dish.

Put the boiled potatoes with cooking cream on the sides of the dish.

Then add the black pepper a touch of parsley, a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper.

Frozen Bananas with Chocolate

Do you feel like having a sweet but you do not have a lot of time! Then try the Frozen Bananas with Chocolate easy to make recipe. 
The ingredients to prepare Frozen Bananas with Chocolate Recipe:
Bananas (as you like)
250ml of milk or semi sweet chocolate chips
3 tablespoons vegetable or canola oil
 Popsicle sticks
How to prepare the Frozen Bananas with Chocolate Recipe:

Peel some bananas and insert a stick.  The bananas will most likely start to break, but it is okay, when they are frozen and covered in chocolate, it will be solid.  Put the bananas in the freezer and the let them freeze completely.  2 hours?

After bananas are completely frozen, melt the chocolate chips by heating. Add vegetable oil and milk and mix thoroughly to get the cream. 
Cover the banana in chocolate and sprinkle with jimmies and put them back in the freezer to get solid completely.
We used Jimmies to cover the frozen bananas, but you could use chopped nuts, coconut, whatever you want to cover them, or you could leave them as is.

Healthy Lasagna Fingers with Minced Meat

There are many kinds of lasagna with many different recipes and ways to cook!
Today I will show you how to make the lasagna fingers with minced meat or ground beef.

The ingredients to prepare the Healthy Lasagna Fingers with Minced Meat Recipe:
250g of lasagna sheets
400ml of tomato juice
200ml of cooking cream
2 onions
500g of minced meat or ground beef (You can choose any kind of meat as desired)
100g of cheese
100g of parsley
50g of garlic
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of ginger
1 teaspoon of saffron
1 teaspoon of oil
1 teaspoon of red pepper

 How to prepare the Healthy Lasagna Fingers with Minced Meat:
Boil the lasagna sheets with hot water and a pinch of salt on the stove.

Put one teaspoon of oil in the pan in the the oven for 5 minutes

Add the onions and garlic.
Add the minced meat or ground beef and spices.

Add the parsley.

Add the tomato juice.
Cooking time is 20 minutes.

Put in the oven-pan or tray the cooking cream, a touch of parsley and a touch of black pepper. 

Put one tablepoon of mixture in the lasagna fingers.

After spread one tablespoon of the meat stuffing, roll the lasagna sheets up like fingers and repeat.

We put the lasagna fingers in the oven-try.

Add the cheese (any type of cheese you like) and parsley depending on your taste.
Then we put it in the oven.
Cooking time is 25 minutes
Temperature is 170C°/338F°

How to prepare the Quail (The Moroccan way)

There are many ways and recipes to cook the quail. Today I will cook it the way the Moroccans do.

Quail Recipe (The Moroccan way)
500g of quail
2 big onions sliced
50g of parsley
7 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of ginger
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of chamomile
1 teaspoon of saffron
A few drops of oil
A pinch of red pepper

How to prepare the Quail Recipe (The Moroccan way)

Put the quail in the bowl on the medium heat on the stove.

Add a few drops of oil and spices.

After 5 minutes add a small glass of water and onions sliced.

After 10 minutes add the parsley, garlic and one liter of water.
Cooking time is 45 minutes.

You can serve the the Quail Recipe (The Moroccan way) with vegetables salad, green salad or steamed vegetables.
