Seafood Soup with Vegetables and Fideos Recipe

You don’t always require meat, or chicken to make good soup. Actually, some of the tastiest and most popular soups are seafood and vegetable based or just vegetables. 
This great and homemade soup is delicious, healthy and simple to make :)



Seafood Soup with Vegetables and Fideos Recipe
Ingredient:
250g of shrimp, prawns or mix seafood depending on your taste.
100g of fideos or any type you desire.
50g of parsley
1 cut carrot
2 cut onions
2 cut tomatoes
Teaspoon of cumin
Teaspoon of black pepper (If you like spicy you can add a pinch of red pepper)
Teaspoon of salt
Teaspoon of saffron
Teaspoon of ginger
Teaspoon of olive oil

How to Make Seafood Soup with Vegetables and Fideos Recipe:

In the cooker on medium heat on the stove; put the cut onions, the cut tomatoes, spices and olive oil, mix all together.
After 5 minutes; add the carrots, shrimp and parsley, then 1L of water.
You can add some of tofu depending on your taste.
Cooking time is 45 minutes.
