How to Prepare the Chicken Wings in a Cooking Bag in the Oven

If you're planning a party or just a casual get-together, oven baked chicken wings are always a wonderful choice.



Chicken Wings in a Cooking Bag in the Oven
Ingredients
1kg of chicken wings
1 small onion
6 garlic gloves
100g of parsley
1 teaspoon of black pepper (If you like it spicy you can add a pinch of red pepper)
1 teaspoon of ginger
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of saffron
A pinch of cinnamon
A few drops of olive oil depending on your taste

How to Prepare the Chicken Wings in a Cooking Bag in the Oven:


Preheat the oven to 200C° max.
Step 1; put the chicken wings in the cooking bag and add the cut onion, parsley, garlic and spices. Then knot the bag with the provided tie.
Step 2; roll the bag gently to coat the pieces evenly then puncture the bag with a fork before placing it in the oven tray.
(Put it in the oven, allowing room for the bag to expand during cooking without touching the walls or racks of the oven).
Cook for 45 minutes, then carefully cut the chicken wings into a serving dish, I serve it with boiled potatoes, and you can serve the chicken wings with any vegetables, soups or alone.


This is one of my favorite chicken wings recipes because it is tender, soft and healthy. The nice thing about this recipe is the sauce stays in the bottom of the cooking bag and you can pour it on top of the chicken mmmmm delicious

Bacon Breakfast Recipe

This recipe is a quick way to have breakfast on the run.



Bacon Breakfast Recipe
Ingredients:
200g of bacon
1 egg
100g of cheese (Any type you like)
A pinch of cumin
A pinch of salt
A pinch of black pepper

How to Make the Bacon Breakfast Recipe:

First; in the pan put some oil and after 1 minute add the slices of bacon, a pinch of cumin and black pepper. Cooking time is 6 minutes for well done.
You can serve it with eggs, some cheese, toast, sausages and some baked beans.

Seafood Soup with Vegetables and Fideos Recipe

You don’t always require meat, or chicken to make good soup. Actually, some of the tastiest and most popular soups are seafood and vegetable based or just vegetables. 
This great and homemade soup is delicious, healthy and simple to make :)



Seafood Soup with Vegetables and Fideos Recipe
Ingredient:
250g of shrimp, prawns or mix seafood depending on your taste.
100g of fideos or any type you desire.
50g of parsley
1 cut carrot
2 cut onions
2 cut tomatoes
Teaspoon of cumin
Teaspoon of black pepper (If you like spicy you can add a pinch of red pepper)
Teaspoon of salt
Teaspoon of saffron
Teaspoon of ginger
Teaspoon of olive oil

How to Make Seafood Soup with Vegetables and Fideos Recipe:

In the cooker on medium heat on the stove; put the cut onions, the cut tomatoes, spices and olive oil, mix all together.
After 5 minutes; add the carrots, shrimp and parsley, then 1L of water.
You can add some of tofu depending on your taste.
Cooking time is 45 minutes.

Ingredients
500g of ground beef (minced meat)
5g of parsley
A pinch of cumin
A pinch of salt 
A pinch of black pepper (If you like spicy; you can add a pinch of red pepper)
A few drops of olive oil




How to make the grilled ground meat recipe (ground meat, minced meat or kebab)

 (Preheat the grill)
First; in the bowl put the minced meat, parsley, spices and a few drops of olive oil. After mixing them very well, make   the mixture in a shape of fingers like the picture.
Put the fingers of mined meat on the grilling chopsticks on the grill for 20-23 minutes with flipping upside down.

A Diet Rich in Fruits and Vegetables Protects Against Breast Cancer



A recent U.S. study showed that a diet rich in vegetables, fruits and legumes may reduce the risk of one of the types of breast cancer. The findings come from an extensive study of long-term nurses in America, which explained that the vegetarian diet a few rely on red meat, sodium, carbohydrates manufacturers reduce the risk of the type of breast tumors that lack the recipients of estrogen, and these tumors that lack the recipients of estrogen cause about 25% the incidence of breast cancer. The researchers followed up 86 thousand ladies for 26 years and recorded less than 1% of breast cancer than the kind that lacks to recipients estrogen. The researchers found that the risk of infection is less than the women who they follow a diet similar to that which is recommended for reducing high blood pressure, which includes fruits and vegetables and high-fiber grains, legumes, nuts and low-fat dairy. Results did not prove that the same plant system reduces the risk of breast cancer and, in general previous studies did not prove conclusively the existence of a link between dietary habits and breast cancer. A recent study has shown that the risk of breast tumors of the kind that lacks the recipients of estrogen may be associated with diet followed by the lady, as explained by assistant professor of nutrition Simmons College in Boston and author of the study Teresa Feng. And Ving advised ladies to follow healthy eating habits focus on vegetables in particular. The study revealed that women who they follow a diet rich in vegetable protein such as soy beans and nuts, but few in starchy foods such as white bread reduces the chances of developing breast cancer than the kind that lacks estrogen recipients by 19%.

Orange Cake Recipe

This quick orange cake is delicious even without the icing. I sometimes just sprinkle icing sugar or chocolate on the top. 




Cake Ingredients:
140g butter softened
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
2 cups self raising flour
3/4 cup milk
juice and rind of 1 orange (if you want the intense orangey taste, use the zest of 3 oranges)


 How to make the orange cake recipe



For the cake:

Preheat the oven to 180C. Grease a 20cm tin.
Cream butter with sugar. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each one.
Fold in flour alternately with milk.
Fold in orange juice and rind/zest
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. At 35 minutes, insert skewer in to the centre of the cake and if it comes out cleanly, remove from oven and cool in tin for a few minutes before cooling on a cake rack.
For the chocolate sauce cream:

This has to be the simplest chocolate sauce cream to make.

1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup whipping cream
1-2 Tbsp liquor [optional]

• Warm the cream in a double sauce pan or in the microwave.
• Do NOT boil cream.
• Add the chocolate to the warm cream.
• Mix it gently with a fork until cream absorbs all the chocolate.
• Stir in 1-2 Tbsp of liquor.

Ingredients:
1 Red apple 
1small bunch red grapes
1 small bunch of strawberry
1 pear
1/2 cup sugar (or to taste) 
1 lemon juice 
How to prepare the Cup Fruit Salad Recipe: 


Peel and cut all fruits into banana and apple in the end to avoid browns. 
Pour lemon juice immediately on fruits. 
In a little water add sugar melt it on heat. 
Mix melted sugar to the fruits. Refrigerate it and serve the fruit salad chilled. 
Note: Salt and chaat masala can also be used

Gaining popularity over the years, grilled vegetables recipes are fantastic as BBQ side dishes.
Easy to make and a sensational complement to almost any entree.
But, and there's always a but, the often neglected grilled vegetable can soon become the Main Dish...

2 small tomatoes
2 small onions
1 big green pepper
1 big yellow pepper
100g of Haloumy cheese 
A pinch of cumin
A pinch of black pepper
A pinch of salt
A few drops of olive oil
How to make the Grilled Vegetables Recipe:


(Preheat the grill)
First; after washing the vegetables, cut them also the Haloumy cheese, put them in large bowl and add  a pinch of salt, a pinch of cumin, a pinch of black pepper and a few drops of olive oil, then mix all very well.
Put the vegetables on the Grilling chopsticks on the grill for 10-15 minutes with flipping upside down .

Fire up the grill and enjoy the juicy, smoky flavors tonight!
