Healthy Soup with Carrots and Potatoes

 Rich orange color, aromatic with pleasing appetizing look, the sweetness of the carrot counterbalanced beautifully by the potatoes, celery and a touch of saffron, very nutritious and immensely beneficial to palate, sight and health.





Healthy Soup with Carrots and Potatoes Recipe:
Ingredients:

2 small potatoes
4 small onions
1 tomato
50g of parsley
A pinch of saffron
A pinch of black pepper
A pinch of salt
A few drops of olive oil

How to make the Healthy Soup with Carrots and Potatoes Recipe:

In a medium pot over high heat, combine the carrots, tomato and potatoes. Cover the pot and bring to a boil, then lower the heat to a slow simmer.
Cook until both the carrots, tomato and potatoes are easily pierced with the tines of a fork. Remove from the heat.
Using a stick (immersion) blender, carefully blend the mixture until smooth, adding a pinch of salt a pinch of saffron and a pinch of black pepper.
And then serve warm with a few drops of olive oil. Enjoy!

Chicken Steak with Vegetables



Chicken Steak with Vegetables Recipe:
Ingredients:
250g of chicken steak or boneless chicken breast
250g of mix vegetables depending on your taste.
Some slices of cheese
100g of mushrooms
85ml of milk
50g of parsley
1 tablespoon of flour
1 tablespoon of butter
A pinch of salt
A pinch of black pepper
A pinch of cumin

















How to make the Chicken Steak with Vegetables Recipe:
Step1: boil the vegetables with water and a pinch of salt.
















In the bowl; put milk then add the parsley, butter and flour.
Then mix all very well.
















Add the chicken steak, and then add a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper and a pinch of cumin. Mix very well then add the chicken breast into the mixture.
















Put in the pan the chicken breasts and mushrooms with a tablespoon of olive oil on medium heat on the stove for 20 minutes.


















Make this Chicken Steak with Vegetables Recipe and savor every bite of this simple and delicious dish. Serve with vegetables, and some cheese. Enjoy!

Healthy Rice Soup

We often find that rice soup in restaurants is pasty and goopy, and we've always wanted to try making it at home instead. Have you ever made wild rice soup at home?



Ingredients:
200g of rice
1 small cut onion
1 small cut potato
250 ml of milk or cooking cream depending on your taste
250ml of water
A pinch of salt
A pinch of black pepper
A few drops of olive oil

How to make the Healthy Rice Soup Recipe:
First; boil the rice, cut the potatoes and cut the onions with 250ml of water.
Second; in the bowl, put the boiled rice, the boiled potatoes and the boiled onions on medium heat on the stove add the cooking cream or milk depending on your taste.
Then add a pinch of salt a pinch of black pepper, a few drops of olive oil.
Cooking time is 15 minutes.



This is the simplest recipe with less sodium and less fat you can find.  Hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

Potato balls Recipe

These potato balls make a good snack or appetizer, and they're a good way to use up leftovers. In fact, I often find myself peeling a few extra potatoes just to make sure there will be leftovers.



Potato balls Recipe:
Ingredients:
2 large potatoes
2 eggs
50g of parsley
A pinch of cumin
A pinch of black pepper
A pinch of salt



How to make the potato balls:
Step1: boil the potatos















In the bowl put the boiled potatoes then add the parsley, a pinch of cumin, a pinch of black pepper and a pinch of salt.
















With a fork mince the mixture very well.














Make the batter of potatoes in the form of balls.















In the small bowl; put the egg  then mix it with fork well.
Put the potato balls in the mixture, as you see in the photo.














In the pan put the cooking oil, after 5 minutes put the potato balls.
Cooking time is 10 minutes.














This simple recipe (Potato Balls Recipe) for delicious homemade, potato balls can be flavored any way you like, or just make it plain.



Stuffed Chicken Recipe

There are hundreds of ways to flavor and stuff chicken but the one I use most frequently is the one that involves stuffing the chicken, fresh herbs and garlic. This method is simple and delicious.  




Stuffed Chicken Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 medium chicken
2 medium cut onions
4 garlic cloves
100g of rice
100g of parsley
1 teaspoon of black pepper 
(If you like it spicy you can add a bit of red pepper too)
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of saffron
1 tablespoon of chamomile
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of olive oil



How to prepare Stuffed Chicken Recipe: 
For the stuffing:
Mix well the rice, 50g of parsley, garlic and spices.




Then put the stuffing inside the chicken, then firmly close the chicken with white thread.
Add the spices, olive oil and one glass of water.



After 5 minutes; add the onions, parsley and 500ml of water.
Cooking time is 40 minutes on medium heat on the stove.








You can serve the Stuffed Chicken with vegetables salad or soups depending on your taste. Enjoy!

Stuffed Tomatoes with Rice and Minced Meat

This recipe is suitable for the summer season when tomatoes are abundant and at their peak. You can also use the same filling for peppers, zucchini, or any other vegetables that may be available.



Stuffed Tomatoes with Rice and Minced Meat Recipe:

Ingredients:
2 large tomatoes
100g of minced meat or ground meat
50g of rice
Some parsley
4 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon of black pepper 
(If you like it spicy you can add a bit of red pepper too)
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of saffron
1 tablespoon of chamomile
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of olive oil

How to prepare the Stuffed Tomatoes with Rice and Minced Meat Recipe:
Step 1:
In the pan; put one teaspoon of olive oil, after 5 minutes add the minced meat, parsley, garlic and spices on medium heat on the stove.
Then after 10 minutes; add the rice and 1/2 liter of water. Cooking time is 25 minutes.
Step 2:
With the help of a teaspoon take out the inner part of the tomato and wash the eggplants with salt very well. Then put the stuffing inside each tomato.
Step 3: 
Put the stuffed tomatoes in the oven-tray for 15 minutes.
Temperature is 170C°/338F°



These tomatoes were really wonderful and made a perfect appetizer!
