Lentils Soup Recipe

There are many types of Lentil Soup Recipes. This Lentil Soup Recipe is a good way to cook lentils with little ingredients and without spending much time the Moroccan way. Simple, easy, quick, and healthy lentil soup recipe from the Gourmet Dish kitchen.

Ingredients:
250g of lentils
One large chopped onion
100g of chopped parsley
6 cloves of garlic
A pinch of ginger
A pinch of black pepper (if you like the lentil soup hot and spicy;  you can add a pinch of red pepper and other spices)
A pinch of salt
A few drops of olive oil



 How to make the lentil soup:
In the cooker; put the chopped onion with spice and a few drops of olive oil on medium heat on the stove.

After 5 minutes add the chopped garlic.
 After 7 minutes add the chopped parsley.
 Then add the lentils.
And then add 500 ml of water
Cooking time is 45 minutes.
