How to Make the Eggplant in the Oven

I love eggplant and I like to cook it in any style (stuffed eggplant with rice and ground beef, rolled eggplant, etc...) that make me so glad and satisfied. Today I want to make the eggplant in the oven with simple, easy, and healthy way and with a little bit of ingedients

Ingredients:
1 larger  eggplant
100g of pasley
50g of garlic
A pinch of black pepper
A pinch of salt
A pinch of cumin
A few drops of olive oil


How to make the eggplant in the oven
In the bowl; put the parsley, chopped garlic and spice then mix them well.




Put the mixture on top of  the slices of eggplant then put it in the oven tray
Cooking time is 35 minutes
Temperature is 170C°/388F°
 You can serve the eggplant in the oven with Moroccan salad.
Ingredients for Moroccan salad
1 large chopped tomato
1 large chopped onion
100g of chopped parsley
A pinch of black pepper
A pinch of salt
A few drops of olive oil and of lemon juice
 The way is so easy and simple, mix all the chopped ingredients with a pinch of black pepper a pinch of salt a few drops of olive oil and of lemon juice

You can serve the eggplant in the oven also with soups or some roasted beef depending on your taste.
