Meatballs with Rice




Meatballs with Rice Recipe:
Ingredients:
250g of minced meat or ground meat
200g of rice
50g of parsley
Some garlic depending on your taste
2 big cut onions
1 teaspoon of black pepper 
(If you like it spicy you can add a bit of red pepper too)
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of saffron
1 tablespoon of chamomile
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of olive oil



How to make the Meatballs with Rice Recipe:
First, boil the rice with water and a pinch of salt on medium heat on the stove for 20 minutes.




Mix the minced meat, parsley and spices very well.

  Make balls from the mixture of meat.


In the pan put one teaspoon of olive oil, after 5 minutes add the cut onions, garlic and spices.


After ten minutes; add the meatballs.


Then add the tomato juice.
Cooking time is 25 minutes on medium heat on the stove.


This simple recipe (Meatballs Recipe) for a delicious homemade meal. Meatballs can be flavored any way you like, or just make it plain.
