Coffee cake

This is one of my favourite cakes; decorated with fresh almond and coffee cream, it was really tasty soft and delicious.

 Ingredients
For the cake:
4 eggs
6 cacao powder
2 tsp of Instant coffee
1 cup of cooking oil
1 cup of sugar
1 chocolate yogurt
2 tsp of yeast pastries
1 tsp of vanilla powder
2 cups of white flour
For the coffee cream:
1 cup of water
2 tsp of cacao powder
2 tsp of starch
2 tsp of Instant coffee
1 tsp of butter unsalted
For garnish
Toasted almonds

How to make the coffee cake:
For the cake; mix all the ingredients very well, add the flour with continuous mixing.
Put the mix in the oven-tray for 25 minutes on temperature 170 C°/388F°.

For the coffee cream; mix all the ingredients well and add the butter, then put it on medium heat with continuous mixing.
When the mixture becomes thick, removed it over the heat.
Put the coffee cream on the coffee cake and add some toasted almonds depending on your taste enjoy!
