Garlic Bread Recipe

A lot of times we have leftover of some bread from the night before.
It would be difficult to eat, especially for children. This recipe given to me from a friend, when I tasted it for the first time in his place; I was surprised; it was really delicious, tasty, crunchy, simple, easy, quick, and healthy. The Gourmet Garlic Bread  Recipe from the Gourmet Dish kitchen.

Ingredients
100g of soft butter
1 tsp of blue cheese (depending on your taste).
4-6 oz of  cheddar cheese.
3-4 cloves of garlic
Hand full of scallions
A pinch of salt and black pepper
Leftover bread (Or bread)

How to make the garlic bread recipe:

Take one stick of soft butter, 100g.
4-6 oz shredded cheddar cheese, use sharp or mature cheddar for better taste. If none is available, I use regular cheddar and mix it with some blue cheese.
Mash 3 or 4 cloves of garlic, more if you like it really garlicky!

Put these three ingredients in a blender/food processor, and mix until smooth.
Then add some chopped scallions/green onions, some salt and pepper depending on your taste, and mix in the blender again.
That's it! make sure that the bread you use has grooves in it... like ciabatta bread. spread the cheese butter on the bread, and place in a pre-heated oven. 225 degrees for about 10 minutes, or until the bread is brown and bubbling... enjoy!
