Strawberry Cheesecake

Today I will show you how to make a cheese cake dessert we did it many of times for us and our friends. This recipe was simple, easy, light, balanced, and delicious.

Ingredients:
Butter at room temperature - 200 grams
Tea biscuits crunched - two cups
Cream - 3 cans
Sweetened condensed milk - 3 cans
Cream cheese - 600 grams
Gelatin powder - 2 tablespoon
Lemon juice - a large spoon
Strawberry jam for decoration - according to the desire




How to make the strawberry cheesecake:
In a bowl, rub with butter biscuits until you have what looks like dough and then in the bottom of the template cheesecake spread the dough of the biscuits.

Put the template in the fridge for 15 minutes

In a blender (or with hand blender), combine cream cheese with sweetened condensed milk and cream and beat the ingredients until well in balanced.
Dissolve gelatin then pour over the mixture with constant whisking.







Add the lemon juice and whisk well to get the full cream and then pour the mixer over the biscuit and then put cheese cake template (container) in the fridge for 2 hours.

Spread the strawberry jam on the surface.
You can replace the strawberry jam with  berries jam.

This will make a great cheese cake of the flavor you like.
If you find this too hard or you do not have much time you can always use ready to mix cheese cake and you will get amazing results!
