Italian Vegetable Pizza

Italian Vegetable Pizza Recipe:



Ingredients:

The toppings:
2 small cut onions 
2 small cut green pepper 
1 onion sliced
1 green pepper sliced
50g of parsley
350ml of tomato juice
100g of cheese (You can choose any type you desire)
100g of fresh mushrooms

1 teaspoon of black pepper 
(If you like it spicy you can add a bit of red pepper too)
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of saffron
1 tablespoon of chamomile
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of olive oil


How to prepare the dough:
250g of flour
Spoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
Hot water for the mixture.









How to prepare the Italian Vegetable Pizza Recipe:

In the pan, add one teaspoon of olive oil and after 5 minutes add the cut onions.













Add the cut green pepper and spices.














Add mushrooms.













After ten minutes; add the tomato juice.
Cooking time is 20 minutes.














Put the dough in the form of single large dough or you can make small circles according to your taste.












Add cheese.














Put the stuffing on the dough, as you see in the picture.













Add slices of onions and green pepper.














Add cheese.
Cooking time is 25 minutes.
Temperature is 170C°/338F°
