Fresh Burger With Minced Meat (the healthy way)


The ingredients to prepare The Healthy Burger with Minced Meat Recipe(for two people):
250g minced meat (ground beef or beef mince)
4 small tomatoes slices
4 small onions sliced
50 g of minced onions
50g of parsley
 Burger bread or buns
4 cheese slices
 Potatoes chips
4 slices of lettuce
A pinch of black pepper
A pinch of cumin
A pinch of salt

A few drops of olive oil

How to prepare The Burger with Minced Meat Recipe:


Take the minced meat, parsley, minced onions, a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper, a pinch of cumin and a few drops of olive oil, we mixed them very well.




Put the mixture of meat in the form of small circles or small burgers as in the picture and we put them in the oven.

Cooking time is 25 minutes.

Temperature is 170C°/338F









Take the potatoes fingers or fresh fries and we add a touch of black pepper, a pinch of salt and a few drops of olive oil. We put them in the oven.
Cooking time is15 minutes.

Temperature is 170C°/338F.









Take the burger bread.













Add the cheese slice. You can add any kind of cheese you like depending on your taste!













Add the lettuce slices.













Add the tomatoes slices.












Add the cooked burger out of the oven into the plate on top of the tomatoes as in the photo.













 Add the cheese slice.














Add the sliced onions.













After adding the burger bun on top then you have one of the healthiest homemade burgers ever.
Then you can add (baked potatoes, or roasted potato fingers); All cooked in the oven.
This is a classic hamburger with vegetables and olive oil cooked in the oven.
It's tasty, very fresh and healthy.
You can serve this Fresh Burger with Minced Meat (the healthy way) with juice or soup depending on your taste.
The name hamburger comes from Germany, the city Hamburg and it is also called burger, hamburger sandwich.
