Ground Beef Pies Recipe/ Healthy way to make the Ground Beef Pies

I propose today, delicious ground beef pies, and very easy to prepare.



Ground Beef Pies Recipe/ healthy way to make the Ground Beef Pies
Ingredients:
For the filling:
 ½ kg  ground beef or minced meat depending on your taste
2 onions, chopped
Chopped parsley
Minced garlic
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of saffron
1 tablespoon of chamomile
1 teaspoon of cumin
Cooking oil



For the dough:
500g flour
Spoon of oil
Pinch of salt
Warm water for the mixture.



This is the Way you do Ground Beef Pies Recipe/ Healthy way to make the Ground Beef Pies:

First; put the oil on the Cooker.



After 5 minutes; add the onions.


Then add the ground beef or minced meat.

Add parsley

Add garlic




Add spices as you like.  (For example, I like black pepper, a pinch of salt, saffron, chamomile and cumin). 



Cooking time is 20 minutes.

Make the dough in the form of a circular.



Then cut the dough into small circles as you see in the image (Photo).

With a drinking glass upside down into the flat dough to make small circular pieces.


Put the stuffing in the center of the circle.



Close the circle
as you can see in the picture



You can make nice decoration with a fork like the picture;




After greasing the oven-tray with butter put the pies in the oven-tray in the oven for 25 minutes.
Temperature is 170C°/388F°.
Serve warm.
