Tuna Salad with Yellow Pepper/ Fresh garden salad with colorful vegetables
Ingredients
200g of fresh tuna
100g of cherry
tomatoes
1 large yellow
pepper
1 small cucumber
50g of parsley
50g of cheese
depending on your taste
2 teaspoon of
lemon juice
A pinch of salt
A pinch of black
pepper
A pinch of cumin
depending on your taste
How to make
the Fresh and Light Tuna Salad with Yellow Pepper:
wash the
vegetables very well, cut the cucumber and yellow pepper, then add the cherry
tomatos, fresh tuna, lemon juice, a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper, a
pinch of cumin depending on your taste, stir them gently.
Put the mixture of
salad in the serving dish then add a touch of parsley and cheese.
