Fresh & Light Tuna Salad with Yellow Pepper/ Fresh garden salad with colorful vegetables

This summer enjoy this perfect salad with colorful vegetables, easy, fresh, and very healthy from my kitchen!!

Fresh and Light Tuna Salad with Yellow Pepper/ Fresh garden salad with colorful vegetables
Ingredients
200g of fresh tuna
100g of cherry tomatoes
1 large yellow pepper
1 small cucumber
50g of parsley
50g of cheese depending on your taste
2 teaspoon of lemon juice
A pinch of salt
A pinch of black pepper
A pinch of cumin depending on your taste

How to make the Fresh and Light Tuna Salad with Yellow Pepper:

wash the vegetables very well, cut the cucumber and yellow pepper, then add the cherry tomatos, fresh tuna, lemon juice, a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper, a pinch of cumin depending on your taste, stir them gently.
Put the mixture of salad in the serving dish then add a touch of parsley and cheese.

Healthy Vegetables Spring Rolls

A healthy recipe for a simple and efficient entry or a drink that changes!




Healthy Vegetables Spring Rolls
Ingredients
8 sheets of pastry for spring rolls, large
2 sticks celery, small, peeled and finely grated
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger
2 medium onions or 250 g, sliced
2 medium carrots, finely grated
1 medium zucchini finely grated
1 medium green pepper, finely grated
2 ½ cups or 250 g white cabbage, finely shredded
2 cubes of vegetable broth
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon sesame oil coffee
2 cups oil for frying

How to Make Vegetables Spring Rolls

Heat the vegetable oil in a large saucepan, add the ginger and cook until fragrant and garlic then add the onion and stir over medium heat for 2 minutes.
Add the celery, carrots, zucchini, green pepper and cabbage. Stir for a few minutes or until vegetables are almost tender then add the diced vegetable broth, white pepper and sesame oil. Stir to mix well. Remove from heat and place the mixture on a plate until it cools to room temperature.

  Sprinkle the rolls one after the other by placing 1 tsp. Tablespoon of filling into the bottom of the cake, moisten the edges with a brush and fold the top of the cake over the filling.
Fold the edges well and roll the cake up tightly. Repeat for all of them.
Before serving, fry the rolls in hot oil until golden brown.

Breaded Squid Rings

I do not eat much of fried food but once in a while I have a fried meal but still with some vegetables and seafood. I usually prepare fried calamari without traditional "fantasy", this time I wanted to make a little personal touch without spoiling the taste too. I thought some lettuce, capsicum (any color), Cheese and cherry tomato.



Ingredients (2 people):
250g squid cut into rings
A pinch of salt
A few drops of lemon juice
100g of flour
2 egg
Oil for frying

How to make the Breaded Squid Rings:
Clean the squid, remove the tentacles and cut them into rings




Mix the squid with lemon juice and salt, roll them in flour, then put them in egg and again in the flour and  fry them in hot oil. 
Let brown on both sides and are filing on paper towels. You can serve this Breaded Squid Rings with green salad or steamed vegetables.

Original with the breading flour that give them a nice golden color, they are also deliciously crispy.

When you come home from work late, we really do not have time to cook. This is not to say that we are going to jump on the first dish prepared found. 
So the recipe is simple, healthy and the preparation is done in a snap!



Chicken Drumstick in a Cooking Bag
Ingredients
1 kg of chicken drumstick
Cooking bag
50 ml of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of black pepper (If you like it spicy; you can add a pinch of red pepper too).
1 teaspoon of ginger
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of saffron
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of olive oil

How to make the Chicken Drumstick in a Cooking Bag




Just put the chicken drumsticks in the special cooking bag, add the spice mixture, olive oil and lemon juice, close the bag and shake the bag and prick with a fork.
Cook them for 45 minutes in an oven at 200 ° C/380F°, it is ready!



You can serve this Chicken Drumstick in a Cooking Bag with warm rice salad, or steamed vegetables depending on your taste.

Fruit Salad

Sometimes we need a change!! Yes change from the classical form of fruit salads; this does not mean I am against classical fruit salads.
Here's this salad in the shape of banana and kiwi palm. Enjoy!!




In French, salade de fruits includes stalks of bananas, circles of kiwi, pieces of avocado and pineapple with a few drops of lemon juice.

Sesame Biscuits

This recipe is easy and quick to make it called Sesame Biscuits.




Sesame Biscuits
Ingredients:
250g of butter
250g of powdered sugar
500g of flour
1 cup oil
4 eggs
50g of yeast
A pinch of salt
Flavor vanilla or lemon depending on taste

How to Make the Sesame Biscuits:
Preheat the oven (170C°/388F°);

Mix the butter, powdered sugar and eggs (one twisted the other) very well.
Add enough flour to collect the mixture (the mixture should be soft and not solid) with yeast.

Make the dough in the form of small circles, add sesame on the made circles then put them in the oven-tray.
Cooking time is 20 minutes.
Name of Sesame Biscuits recipe in Arabic is (حلوة صابلي).

Healthy Vegetables Salad

This combination is appealing because it is simple, healthy, light tasting, and colorful.




Healthy Vegetables Salad 
Ingredients
Mix vegetables 
1 large tomato
2 small cucumbers
Cooking cream (or cream cheese)
A pinch of salt
A pinch of cumin
A pinch of black pepper
A few drops of olive oil

How to make the Healthy Vegetables Salad 
In a large bowl, boil the vegetables on medium heat on the stove for 15-20 minutes then add the cooking cream, a pinch of salt, a pinch of cumin, a pinch of black pepper and a few drops of olive oil, then mix all gently.
In the serving dish put the tomato sliced, cut cucumbers and mix vegetables. As you see in the picture.

Fresh Pineapple Salad


What a pleasure to refresh after a good meal with this delicious dessert!


Fresh Pineapple Salad
Ingredients
Half of pineapple
Mix of fresh fruits
50ml of vanilla
100ml of lemon juice

How to Make the Fresh Pineapple Salad
First cut the pineapple in half, remove the inside of the pineapple with a spoon. 
In the large bowl; put the mix of fruits add the vanilla and then mix them well.
Put the mixture of fruits and vanilla in the half of pineapple you made earlier, you can add any type of fruit on the side of the serving dish. 
Finally; pour the lemon juice on the salad to preserve the natural flavor and color of the fruit.
