Harira is a Ramadan meal
undisputed, so that all Moroccan families break their fast by Moroccan soup (Harira
al maghribiya) after eating some dates and drinking milk, which is a
combination of a large number of vegetables and spices.
Moroccan soup (Al harira al maghribia) recipe:
Ingredients for 6 people:
One and a half kilograms crushed
red tomatoes in a blender
Two cups of chickpeas soaked in
water
Three tablespoons of lentils
Handful of chopped coriander and
celery
Chopped onion
Cup of thin vermicelli
Two tablespoons butter 100% fat
free
1 teaspoon of Salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 tablespoon of ginger
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Oil small Cup
1 liter of hot water
White flour to focus soup
This is the way
you do Moroccan soup recipe:
In a pressure cooker we put
chickpeas, crushed tomatoes, coriander, celery, onions, lentils, oil, salt,
black pepper and ginger.
Then put water and we close the pot

a little cold water so that it would be a thick liquid-free flour granules.
Then add this mixture to the pot
