Lemon Juice : 1 ½ tbsp / 1 big lemon
Crushed ginger : ½ tsp
Mint leaves, chopped : 1 tbsp
Sugar : 2 tbsp depending on your taste.
Water : 2 medium cups
Ice cubes : ½ cup
How to make the mint juice
Wash and clean the mint leaves.
Mix all our ingredients together and grind them all in a mixer / juicer / food processor.
Sieve it (or you not sieve it... depending on your taste).
Taste the sweetness and add more sugar if needed.
Serve the Mint Juice immediately and chilled. Enjoy!
