Roast Chicken
Served with Vegetables Recipe (for two dishes):
Ingredients:
500g of chicken (small
chicken cut in four pieces)
2 potatoes
2 carrots
3 tomatoes
100g of broccoli
1 onion sliced
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of saffron
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of ginger
1 teaspoon of oil
How to prepare The Roast
Chicken Served with Vegetables recipe:
First,

Boil the potatoes, the carrot and the broccoli.
- Cut
the tomatoes and onions
Second,
- We
put the chicken in the bowl with one teaspoon of oil and spices in the oven for
25 minutes.
Temperature
is 170C°/338F°.
In
the serving dish we put the boiled vegetables, the cut salad (tomatoes and
carrots) and the roast chicken then we add a pinch of black pepper, a pinch of
salt and a few drops of olive oil. Enjoy!
