Healthy Lasagna with Minced Meat


The ingredients to prepare the Healthy Lasagna with Minced Meat Recipe:
250g of lasagna sheets
400ml of tomato juice
400ml of cooking cream
2 onions
500g of minced meat
100g of cheese
100g of parsley
50g of garlic
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of ginger
1 teaspoon of saffron
1 teaspoon of oil
1 teaspoon of red pepper



How to prepare the Healthy Lasagna with Minced Meat Recipe:
Boil the lasagna sheets with hot water and a pinch of salt on the stove.
Put one teaspoon of oil in the pan in the oven for 5 minutes.


Add the onions and garlic.

Add the minced meat and spices.


Add the parsley.

Add the tomato juice.
Cooking time is 20 minutes.


Put in the oven-pan or tray half of the amount of cooking cream, a touch of parsley and a touch of black pepper.

Add lasagna sheets.

Add the mixture of minced meat.
Add the cheese and we repeat this twice.

Finally we add the parsley, cheese and cooking cream.


Cooking time is 15 minutes.
Tempurature is 170C°/338F°
