How to prepare the Quail (The Moroccan way)



There are many ways and recipes to cook the quail. Today I will cook it the way the Moroccans do.


Quail Recipe (The Moroccan way)
Ingredients:
500g of quail
2 big onions sliced
50g of parsley
7 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of ginger
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of chamomile
1 teaspoon of saffron
A few drops of oil
A pinch of red pepper

How to prepare the Quail Recipe (The Moroccan way)



Put the quail in the bowl on the medium heat on the stove.














Add a few drops of oil and spices.















After 5 minutes add a small glass of water and onions sliced.














After 10 minutes add the parsley, garlic and one liter of water.
Cooking time is 45 minutes.










You can serve the the Quail Recipe (The Moroccan way) with vegetables salad, green salad or steamed vegetables.
