beef.
The ingredients to prepare

250g of lasagna sheets
400ml of tomato juice
200ml of cooking cream
2 onions
500g of minced meat or ground beef
(You can choose any kind of meat as desired)
100g of cheese
100g of parsley
50g of garlic
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of ginger
1 teaspoon of saffron
1 teaspoon of oil
1 teaspoon of red pepper
How to prepare the Healthy
Lasagna Fingers with Minced Meat:
Boil the
lasagna sheets with hot water and a pinch of salt on the stove.
Add the onions and garlic.
Add the minced meat or ground beef
and spices.
Add the parsley.
Add the
tomato juice.
Cooking
time is 20 minutes.
Put in the oven-pan or tray the
cooking cream, a touch of parsley and a touch of black pepper.
Put
one tablepoon of mixture in the lasagna fingers.
After spread one tablespoon of the
meat stuffing, roll the lasagna sheets up like fingers and repeat.
