Healthy Spinach and Ground Beef Lasagna

A complete meal, warm and friendly that always wins all the votes.



Spinach and Ground Beef Lasagna
Ingredients:

250g of lasagna sheets
200ml of cooking cream,  bechamel sauce, or ricotta cheese
100g of cheese

For Spinach:
400g of minshed spinach
150 tomato juice
Garlic
1 teaspoon of black pepper, if you like it spicy; you can add a pinch of red pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of ginger
1 teaspoon of saffron
1 teaspoon of oil

For the ground beef:
250 of ground beef or minced meat
2 small cut onions
150ml of tomato juice
Some garlic
A pinch of black pepper, if you like it spicy; you can add a pinch of red pepper
A pinch of salt
A pinch of ginger
A pinch of saffron
A few drops of oil



In the oven tray; pour the cooking cream, béchamel sauce, or ricotta cheese.




After boiling the lasagna sheets in hot water with a pinch of salt on the stove, then add lasagna sheets.


Pre-boil the spinach on medium heat on the stove with salt and a few drops of olive oil, and then add the tomato juice, garlic and spices for 20 minutes.
Put the mixture of spinach on the lasagna sheets in the try.


Add lasagna sheets.





Prepare the ground beef;

In the pan; put the cooking oil on medium heat on the stove, and after 5 minutes add the onions, garlic and spices. After 10 minutes add the ground beef then stir well.
After 10 minutes again add the tomato juice, cooking time is 25 minutes.

Put the mixture of ground beef on the lasagna sheets.



Add some cheese.




Add lasagna sheets.



Add Cooking cream and cheese.



Preheat the oven to 170C°/388F°
Cooking time is 25 minutes.





Advice:
Serve warm
This dish deserves to be prepared in advance.
It heats well and freezes easily.
I often prepare it a few hours before cooking the pasta to have the time to soak up sauce.
