Cheese Pies (Cheese mint pies)


Perfect Cheese pies from Gourmet Dish (To be honest; this is a recipe  from my mother in law, but I added some modifications) ; It's was really soft, easy and delicious cheese pies hope you will like it. Enjoy!!


Ingredients:
For Dough
3 cups of white flour
A tablespoon of yeast
A tablespoon of sugar
A quarter cup of vegetable oil
A quarter cup of natural yogurt
Cup warm milk for mixing

For the Stuffing
400g of feta cheese or any white cheese
Dry mint leaves (minced)
A few drops of olives oil

How to make the Cheese Pies:


Mix all the ingredients and let the dough rest 15 min; then make the dough in the form of a circular.


Then cut the dough into small circles as you see in the image (Photo).
With a drinking glass upside down into the flat dough to make small circular pieces.
Put the stuffing (Mix of cheese, mint and olives oil) in the center of the circle

 Close the circle
as you can see in the picture.

You can make nice decoration with a fork like the picture.
After greasing the oven-tray with butter put the pies in the oven-tray in the oven for 25 minutes.
Temperature is 170C°/388F°.
Serve warm.
