Moroccan Hamour Fish Tagine (Arabic name is طاجين السمك) one among the most important meals, known and consumed by the Moroccans and North Africans.

500g of hamour fish filet
1 large green pepper
1 tomato
2 carrots
2 potatoes
100g of chopped parsley
6 cloves of garlic
A pinch of black pepper (if you like it spicy; you can add a touch of red pepper)
A pinch of ginger
A pinch of saffron
A few drops of soya sauce
A few drops of cooking oil
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of salt
How to make the Moroccan Tagine/ Hamour Fish:
In the bowl; put the hamour fish with spices, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, and soya sauce then mix them well and gently.
and let stand for 1 hour.
Then put the circles of carrots in the Tajine (If you don't have the tajine dish; you can use any pot).
Add the mix of hamour fish.
Add some water in the bowl where we mix the fish; for we can take all the leftover then add it on the tajine.
Put the tajine on the stove on medium heat.
Then add the potatoes.
Add the green pepper and tomatoes.
Then add a touch of parsley and garlic.
Cooking time is 50 minutes on medium heat on the stove. Enjoy!
