The Healthy Pizza with Seafood (Gourmet Seafood Pizza)



The Healthy Pizza with Seafood (Gourmet Seafood Pizza):
Ingredients:

The toppings:
250g of mixed seafood
330ml of tomato juice
1 green pepper
Black pepper depending on your taste (if you like it spicy you can add a bit of red pepper too)
50g of cheese ( any type you desire)
25g of parsley
15g of garlic
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of saffron
1 tablespoon of chamomile
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of olive oil

How to prepare the dough:
250g of flour
Spoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
The hot water for the mixture.

















How to prepare the The Healthy Pizza with Seafood (Gourmet Seafood Pizza):
Boil the seafood with a pinch of salt and a few drops of olive oil
Cooking time is 25 minutes on the stove.













Put the boiled seafood, in the pan on medium heat on the stove and add the tomato juice.
















Add the parsley, garlic and spices.
Cooking time is 15 minutes.


Put the dough in the form of single large dough or you can make small circles according to your taste.




Put the stuffing on the dough, as you see in the picture.


Add the slices of green pepper.


Add a touch of parsley and black pepper.


Add a touch of cheese.
Cooking time is 20 minutes in the oven.
Temperature is 170C°/338F°


You can serve the The Healthy Pizza with Seafood (Gourmet Seafood Pizza) with green salad, juice or boiled vegetables depending on your taste.
You can also make it spicy seafood pizza by adding a little more red pepper. This gourmet seafood pizza is one of my favorite gourmet dishes.
