How to Prepare Shish Barak With Yogurt Recipe



The ingredients to prepare Shish barak recipe.
For the filling:
 ½ kg minced meat
2 onions, chopped
chopped parsley
minced garlic
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of saffron
1 tablespoon of chamomile
1 teaspoon of cumin


For the dough:
500g flour
Spoon of oil
pinch of salt
 Warm water for the mixture.







This is the way you do the Shish Barak recipe:
First we must put the oil on the Cooker.











After 5 minutes you must add the onions.











Then we put the minced meat.












Add parsley












Add garlic



Add spices as you like.
(For exemple, I like black pepper, a pinch of salt, saffron, chamomile and cumin)










The cooking time is 20 minutes












Make the Shich Barak dough in the form of a circular.










Then we must cut the Shish Barak dough into small circles as you see in the image (Photo).

With drinking  glass up side down into the flat dough to make small circular pieces.









We must put the stuffing in the center of the circle.








We must close the circle
as you can see in the picture









You can make nice decoration with a fork like the picture









or this way












Enter the pies in the oven for 45 minutes.













You will need two glasses of milk and  two tablespoons of flour and mix on low  fire for 15 minutes.









Put the two  glasses of milk in the pot in low heat, and keep stirring
add two tablespoons of flour into the pot and keep stirring for 15.











Pour the cooked yaourt as the picture above into the trey of the baked Shish Barak, as in the picture below:


After you add the mixed yarour you can add touch of parsley.
