Grilled Vegetables Recipe


Gaining popularity over the years, grilled vegetables recipes are fantastic as BBQ side dishes.
Easy to make and a sensational complement to almost any entree.
But, and there's always a but, the often neglected grilled vegetable can soon become the Main Dish...

Ingredients:
2 small tomatoes
2 small onions
1 big green pepper
1 big yellow pepper
100g of Haloumy cheese 
A pinch of cumin
A pinch of black pepper
A pinch of salt
A few drops of olive oil
How to make the Grilled Vegetables Recipe:


(Preheat the grill)
First; after washing the vegetables, cut them also the Haloumy cheese, put them in large bowl and add  a pinch of salt, a pinch of cumin, a pinch of black pepper and a few drops of olive oil, then mix all very well.
Put the vegetables on the Grilling chopsticks on the grill for 10-15 minutes with flipping upside down .

Fire up the grill and enjoy the juicy, smoky flavors tonight!
