This recipe is suitable for the summer season when tomatoes are abundant and at their peak. You can also use the same filling for peppers, zucchini, or any other vegetables that may be available.
Stuffed Tomatoes with Rice and Minced Meat Recipe:
Ingredients:
2 large tomatoes
2 large tomatoes
100g of minced meat or ground meat
50g of rice
Some parsley
4 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon of black pepper
(If you like it spicy you can add a bit of red pepper too)
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of saffron
1 tablespoon of chamomile
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of olive oil
How to prepare the Stuffed Tomatoes with Rice and Minced Meat Recipe:
Step 1:
In the pan; put one teaspoon of olive oil, after 5 minutes add the minced meat, parsley, garlic and spices on medium heat on the stove.
Then after 10 minutes; add the rice and 1/2 liter of water. Cooking time is 25 minutes.
Step 2:
With the help of a teaspoon take out the inner part of the tomato and wash the eggplants with salt very well. Then put the stuffing inside each tomato.
Step 3:
Put the stuffed tomatoes in the oven-tray for 15 minutes.
Temperature is 170C°/338F°
