Rice Salad


Rice Salad Recipe
Ingredients:

250g of rice
1/2 head of onion
200g tomato juice
1 small cucumber
A pinch of salt 
A pinch of black pepper
A pinch of cumin
A few drops of olive oil


How to prepare the Rice Salad Recipe:

First, boil the rice with water, a pinch of salt.
Second, put the boiled rice with the tomato juice, onion, a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper and a few drops olive oil in the bowl on the stove for 15 minutes.
Then put the mixture rice in the serving dish and add the cucumbers slices. Enjoy!
