We often find that rice soup in restaurants is pasty and goopy, and
we've always wanted to try making it at home instead. Have you ever made wild
rice soup at home?
Ingredients:
200g of rice
1 small cut onion
1 small cut potato
250 ml of milk or cooking cream depending on your taste
250ml of water
A pinch of salt
A pinch of black pepper
A few drops of olive oil
How to make the Healthy Rice Soup Recipe:
First; boil the rice, cut the potatoes and cut the onions with 250ml of water.
Second; in the bowl, put the boiled rice, the boiled potatoes and the boiled onions on medium heat on the stove add the cooking cream or milk depending on your taste.
Then add a pinch of salt a pinch of black pepper, a few drops of olive oil.
Cooking time is 15 minutes.
This is the simplest recipe with less sodium and less fat you can find. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
