Eggplant with Tomato Sauce


Eggplant with Tomato Sauce Recipe:
Ingredients:
250g of eggplant
250ml of tomato juice
50g of parsley
5 garlic cloves
1 lemon sliced
1 teaspoon of black pepper 
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of ginger
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of olive oil
A pinch of saffron


How to prepare the Eggplant with Tomato Sauce Recipe:
First; boil the eggplant with water, garlic and a pinch of salt and put it on medium heat on the stove.


Add tomato juice in the bowl on the stove.


Add the boiled eggplant.


Add the parsley and lemon sliced.


Cooking time is the 15 minutes.


Eggplant with tomato sauce recipe considered a warm salad; you can eat it with roast fish, roast chicken or roast meat. Enjoy!
