How to Prepare Lamb Thigh Recipe




The ingredients to prepare lamb thigh recipe:

1 Small Lamb thigh
4 onions
6 garlic
 Some parsley
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of chamomile
1 teaspoon of saffron
Fresh cut pineapple


How to prepare lamb thigh recipe:

First of all,
We put the lamb thigh  in the cooker. Add some olive oil and the spices,  then  put them all on the  fire for 5 minutes.









After 5 minutes, add the onions and parsley as well as water depending on the amount (For small lamb thigh we need to add 750ml. For medium lamb thigh we need to add  1L. For large lamb thigh we need to add 1,5L).
Cooking time the Lamb thigh is 1h30min.





You can serve the Lamb Thigh Recipe  with baked potatoes and  boiled vegetables.
