How to prepare Emperor fish!


Emperor Fish Recipe

Ingredients
1 medium Emperor Fish
2 onions
1 lemon
3 small tomatoes
6 garlic cloves
50g of parsley
Teaspoon of salt
Teaspoon of cumin
Teaspoon of black pepper
Teaspoon of ginger
Teaspoon of oil
A pinch of saffron
Cooking time is 45 minutes.
Temperature is 170C°/338 F



Take a baking tray and we put a layer of onions.













Take the parsley, garlic and spices; we mix all together to get the stuffing.













Cut tomatoes in the form of circles.














Wash the fish very well, and then we stuff it with mixture, and we add the tomatoes slices.












You can add a touch of parsley depending on your taste. Enjoy!
