soup (eight kinds of vegetables) for you and for your children, you can add as
many vegetables as you like.
The

2 carrots sliced
4 small tomatoes
1 onion
100g broccoli
2 potatoes
5 garlic cloves
50g of parsley
1 small squash
2 turnips
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of olive oil
How to
prepare the Healthy Soup with Vegetables Recipe:
Boil the
vegetables with garlic, a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper.
Take the boiled
vegetables and we put them in a blender.
Put the mixture of
vegetables back in the pot, we add the parsley, a pinch of salt, a pinch of
black pepper and one teaspoon of olive oil and we put them on the stove for 10
minutes.
